Rental conditions

Reservations available for 2 nights or more.
No bookings from Sunday evening.

Check-in from 5pm.
Check-out by appointment before 12.30pm with a member of our team (send an email to bonjour@coletteenbaiedesomme.com).
Check-out before 7pm is possible by appointment on Sundays only.

Animals are not allowed.

The gîte has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people (1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a pull-out bed).

The maximum capacity of the gîte is eight people. The total number of adults and children combined may not exceed eight. Babies are not counted. A (travel) daybed is available.

Low season

From 1 November to 30 April, excluding school holidays

Two nights500€ TTC (380€ + 120€ cleaning costs) + compulsory tourist tax.


A full week (Saturday to Saturday only)1260€ TTC (€1140 + €120 cleaning charge) + tourist tax
Extra day = €230 + tourist tax

Reservations available from 2 nights. No bookings starting on Sunday evening.

High season

From 1 May to 31 October + school holidays + long weekends

Two nights
580€ TTC (460€ + 120€ cleaning charges) + compulsory tourist tax.

A full week (Saturday to Saturday only)`
